What to Expect from a Bicycle Service Visit
Your visit begins with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention. We then explain the scope of work clearly so you can approve the recommended repairs before anything begins.
Common services include safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Additional work is only carried out after approval, and replacement parts are quoted separately.
Clear inspection, practical repairs, and a final function check.
Cycle Haven handles everyday bicycle servicing with a straightforward process from intake to collection.
Most tune-up work is planned as a fixed labour package after the initial inspection, with an estimated turnaround of two to four business days. Timing can vary depending on the bicycle condition and parts availability, so completion dates are confirmed after assessment.
Once the repair and adjustment stage is complete, the bicycle goes through a quality check and post-service function check before collection. This helps confirm that the work has been completed as agreed and that the service summary is ready for you.
